Job description
- Own and manage our hybrid and cloud-agnostic environments (AWS, GCP, and on-prem), ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
- Drive operational excellence by improving task flows, managing priorities, and aligning stakeholders across SRE, IT, and Security teams.

- Execute hands-on technical work, from system monitoring and performance tuning to database administration and optimization.
- Implement and refine processes that make our operations predictable and scalable - reducing reactive firefighting and improving structure.
- Contribute to strategic improvements, from researching scalable architecture patterns to preparing systems for M&A-readiness.
- Balance quick execution and long-term improvement, ensuring our infrastructure grows as fast as our business.
