Team Lead Infrastructure

As Team Lead Infrastructure, you'll be at the core of our technological backbone, leading a skilled team of Infrastructure Engineers to shape the foundation that keeps our business running smoothly and securely.

What you'll love doing

• Lead and coach the Infrastructure team, setting goals and fostering continuous growth
• Ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of our hybrid IT infrastructure
• Oversee maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management to optimize performance
• Implement and manage robust security measures to protect systems and data
• Advise on infrastructure improvements, modernization, and best practices
• Coordinate and deliver infrastructure projects end-to-end
• Manage vendor relationships for cost-effective, high-quality services
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Maintain clear documentation of systems, configurations, and operations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 7+ years in infrastructure or system administration, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking, storage, and hybrid cloud environments
• Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix administration, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Skilled in security solutions, automation/scripting (e.g. PowerShell), and project management
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to solve complex problems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant certifications (NSE, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Networking+, ITIL, VCP) are a plus
• Collaborative, innovative, and a can-do mindset

• A gross salary between €4.000 and €6.500 (based on 40 hours, depending on experience);
