You'll design, develop, and maintain critical platform components, including cloud integrations and intelligent cost optimization workflows. Implement features end-to-end - from proposal and design through implementation, testing, and maintenance. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices, and contribute to code reviews that raise overall quality.
-
Improve the health and maintainability of the codebase, proactively identifying and addressing technical debt.
-
Participate in team planning and provide thoughtful feedback during design discussions to identify challenges and opportunities early.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure).
- Familiarity with cloud billing models, cost optimization, and cloud commitment management (e.g., Savings Plans, CUDs, SPs, RIs). Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, both written and verbal.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized applications in production environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, GitOps, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of databases (relational and non-relational) like BigQuery, ClickHouse, Firestore
