Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled VMware Engineer to manage virtualization infrastructure, deploy solutions, and provide technical support. This hands-on role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining VMware environments to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and administer VMware vSphere, ESXi, and other virtualization platforms. - Monitor and troubleshoot VMware environments to ensure system stability and availability. - Design and implement virtualized solutions for servers, storage, and networking. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VMware with existing IT infrastructure. - Perform capacity planning and optimize virtual environments for performance. - Implement disaster recovery solutions and ensure high availability configurations. - Manage virtual machines, resource allocation, and load balancing within VMware clusters. - Document configuration settings, processes, and troubleshooting
