Job description

The Senior Transition & Transformation (T&T) Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end transition and transformation of IT services, systems, and processes during major organizational or client changes.

The Senior Transition & Transformation (T&T) Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end transition and transformation of IT services, systems, and processes during major organizational or client changes. The main tasks are to drive and manage change in a broad sense - often in complex customer, partner and/or T-Systems organizations. These changes come with the sales and consecutive implementation of often complex T-Systems and Business Partner related IT / digital solutions and services, which create tangible and measurable value for our customers in the digital era. The implementation of these solutions and services often require transitional and/or transformational changes in the organization, the business and/or its IT applications and digitization - and the way in which these are used or will be used in the future. Also security in various aspects, infrastructure changes and/or enablement, and/or also T-Systems traditional in- and outsourcing services are more often than not part of this portfolio. Increasingly, T-Systems works as a service provider and integrator with business partners such as SAP, Microsoft, AWS, Google - but also with parties such as KPMG, or highly specialized niche players for point solutions - to implement and integrate solutions and translate these into tangible value add end-to-end services for our customers.
