Job description

As a Program Manager, you'll lead the delivery and success of AI agent implementations for enterprise customers. You'll be the key link between our product, engineering, and client teams - translating requirements into action plans, ensuring seamless integrations, and driving projects from kickoff to go-live.

You'll work hands-on with clients, helping them define success metrics, monitor performance, and scale adoption across multiple channels and markets.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI agent implementations for enterprise clients
  • Scope and document requirements, integrations, and KPIs in collaboration with product & tech teams
  • Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and SLAs with precision
  • Work directly with client stakeholders (tech, ops, and leadership) to align expectations and drive outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion post-deployment
  • Maintain clarity and accountability across all delivery streams

Requirements

Do you have experience in APIs?, * 3-7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Implementation, or Delivery in a SaaS or enterprise tech company

  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration processes
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional delivery projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset - someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments
  • Fluent English (Dutch or another European language is a strong plus)
  • Passion for AI, automation, and helping enterprises innovate through technology
