As a UX Designer in our consumer team, you'll own the design of our core mobile app, shaping the daily shopping experience for hundreds of thousands of people in The Netherlands, Germany and France. You'll tackle the unique challenge of designing for a task that is frequent, personal, and central to our customers' lives. You'll be part of a dedicated product team and our wider UX Guild, a creative community that ensures a world-class user experience across Picnic. We're looking for a passionate designer to join our Amsterdam HQ and help us build a product people love in a fast-scaling environment. Requirements
based on explorative research together with UX researchers and product owners. Build low and high fidelity prototypes to be tested and evaluated on a weekly basis with real users. Document the final design requirements on interaction and UI level to brief and support developers during the development phase. Learn and grow through the continuous feedback and mentoring by seasoned UX designers and researchers. Support the development and maintenance of our design libraries and system. Continuously explore new ideas in order to initiate new projects and improvements, design is never done ;).
