Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Master's degree?, TMC Electronics is looking for a senior FPGA engineer with minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience. We have a big network in the high-tech industry; a mix of different organizations in semiconductor, medical, automotive and consumer business.
As senior FPGA engineer you are experienced in designing FPGAs using VHDL. You will be working in the most challenging R&D environments where you collect requirements and make the specification and design of FPGAs. You also test and verify your design. Our customers work with Xilinx or Altera/Intel FPGAs, so relevant experience with (one of) these platforms and related tools is necessary. You are able to transfer knowledge to junior designers in a coaching role.
What we expect from you
- BSc or MSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing FPGAs using VHDL;
- Experience with FPGA verification tools, like SystemVerilog or UVM;
- Experience with Xilinx or Altera/Intel tools and platforms;
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or Tcl;
- Experience in high-tech industry is a must;
- Practical/hands-on experience with integration of firmware, software and hardware;
- Experience with technical coaching of junior designers is a plus;
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
