DevOps Engineer - Integration | Amsterdam / Heerlen | 40 h | Hybride

For APG, we are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer (Integration) who enjoys tackling complex integration challenges within a large-scale asset management environment. Your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and deliver secure and scalable integration solutions across APG's diverse technology landscape.

You will join the Application Integration team within the Enablement department, a unit driving APG's digital transformation.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO EMS/BW, SSIS and related technologies
• Collaborate with application teams, solution architects, and enterprise architects
• Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions
• Apply integration guidelines and propose improvements where needed
• Deliver high-quality integrations via CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Git)
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and DevOps collaboration
• Support the future cloud-enabled integration platform
• Work with technologies such as TIBCO Cloud, cloud messaging, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Data Factory, ELK, Kafka, Pulsar, API management

• Master's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience
• Strong expertise in real-time messaging integration (on-premise & cloud)
• Deep experience with TIBCO BW5 / EMS (required)
• Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Git, automated pipelines)
• Knowledge of backend/front-end stacks, NoSQL, monitoring tools (ELK), Kafka/Pulsar is a plus
• Understanding of ETL solutions (SSIS, ADF)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments
• Preferably experience in asset management
