Serve as the in-house expert on E-mobility standards, protocols, and compliance requirements Define and maintain technical requirements to meet global e-mobility standards

Design and oversee a secure and scalable eMobility software architecture

Provide technical sign-off for systems prior to go-live

Manage and deliver the software roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality releases

Lead efforts in software testing and automation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Zigbee?, Do you have a Master's degree?, You're passionate about electric mobility and climate technologies, with at least 5 years of experience developing and managing EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) software projects. You bring hands-on expertise in E-mobility standards and protocols (OCPP, OCPI) and a proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Your background includes a tertiary qualification in technology or engineering, and you're motivated by building scalable, secure, and future-ready systems., * Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for eMobility and climate tech, including battery, solar, and off-grid energy systems
- Expertise in EV charging protocols, especially OCPP and OCPI
- Strong technical foundation in:
- Programming: Java, C/C++, Node.js, Go, Python (Django)
- Protocols: OCPP, OCPI, V2X, OICP, OSCP, XML, JSON, REST, Bluetooth, ZigBee, Z-Wave, TCP/IP
- Web & Database: SQL, HTML, CSS, XSLT, WSDL
- Experience with wireless networks, low-power communications, and embedded systems
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary and agile environments, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline *, Certification or training in OCPP / OCPI protocol (highly regarded)
