DevOps engineer

• Develop, implement, and maintain integration solutions that meet business, technical, and architectural requirements using technologies such as TIBCO EMS/BW and SSIS.
• Work closely with application teams, solution architects, and enterprise architects to ensure integration solutions are seamless, adopting both self-service and managed service approaches.
• Translate business requirements into practical integration solutions that bridge IT and business needs.
• Apply best practices and integration guidelines, suggesting improvements where opportunities arise.
• Independently or within a team, create, test, and deliver integration solutions based on TIBCO BW 5/6 and EMS.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through CI/CD pipelines using modern frameworks and tools.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the vision, architecture, and roadmap of the next-generation cloud-enabled integration platform, utilizing cloud technologies like TIBCO Cloud solutions, cloud-based messaging and API management, Azure Cloud services (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Data Factory), ELK monitoring, and streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka and Pulsar.
• Translate your understanding of architecture patterns (e.g., event-driven, data-driven, cloud, microservices, SOA) into tangible improvements that enhance the integration domain.

• Strong experience with development aspects of real-time messaging and integration frameworks, both on-premise and cloud-based;
• Expertise in TIBCO technologies, particularly BW5 and EMS. Experience with TIBCO Cloud solutions (BW6, cloud messaging, API management) and Azure Cloud services (Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Data Factory) is a plus;
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and automated deployment/testing pipelines;
• Familiarity with frontend/backend technologies (e.g., Angular, NodeJS), NoSQL databases, ELK monitoring and visualization, and streaming platforms like Apache Kafka and Pulsar is a plus;
• Knowledge of ETL frameworks such as SSIS, ADF, and containerized environments;
• Excellent communication skills in English and experience working in Agile teams;
• Experience in Asset Management is advantageous but not required.
