Job description
The Digital Daily Performance Management team at TMC helps clients digitize and optimize their performance management. Our team is growing, and we are looking for reinforcement: someone who wants to collaborate with clients to configure our software platform to seamlessly align with their business processes, is not afraid of complex custom development (JavaScript), and has knowledge of data integrations between enterprise systems. You will work alongside consultants and developers in an entrepreneurial team and deliver direct impact to clients.
§ Specify functionality requirements with clients and translate them into technical solutions through platform configurations and custom code (JavaScript).
§ Contribute ideas, design, and build scalable solutions.
§ Develop and implement integrations via REST APIs between Mevisio and client systems (such as ERP, PowerBI), including setting up endpoints and webhooks.
§ Support clients in setting up clients and webhooks.

Requirements
Do you have experience in REST?, § Junior or Medior with experience in JavaScript and knowledge of JSON data structures. § Basic knowledge of APIs (REST, authentication) and error handling. § Eager to learn, analytical, and strong communication skills. § Interest in business processes such as continuous improvement and performance management. § Proficient in both Dutch and English, in oral and written communication. Nice to have § Experience with .NET and/or Python. § Experience with cloud hosting (Azure, AWS). § Understanding of production processes, KPIs, lean/visual management.
