Job description
- Bridge Strategy and Execution. Act as the critical link between customer business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring the platform is deployed effectively and delivers maximum value.
- Design Scalable Solutions. Architect data integrations, API workflows, and platform customizations that align with customer goals and integration architecture.
- Drive Customer's Technical Success. Own the end-to-end technical onboarding, serve as a technical advisor, and provide enablement to customer teams for independent management.
- Shape Product Direction. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide essential customer feedback, supporting continuous product improvement.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…
- Manage the technical onboarding process for new customers, including translating requirements into clear solution designs and implementation plans.
- Hands-on configuration and setup of platform components, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with customer data flows.
- Create and implement custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, and SQL to meet specific customer requirements.
- Participate in customer workshops, on-site sessions, and technical reviews across EMEA to strengthen partnerships.
- Contribute to developing and refining scalable implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scalability?, * Extensive knowledge of JavaScript (for client and server environments), API design and integration, SQL, and database management, coupled with a background in data-driven solutions and system integrations.
- Proven ability to translate complex customer business and data requirements into clear, scalable technical architectures and implementation plans.
- Skilled at leading customer workshops, facilitating technical discussions, and translating technical details into business impact for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent customer projects.
- Previous experience in a consulting, agency, or technology management environment, especially with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation, or ad tech.
