- You serve as the link between the systems for which you are responsible and your colleagues.
- Your goal is to ensure the optimal functioning of information systems within organizations.
What tasks will you handle as a Functional Administrator?
- You are responsible for assisting users with incidents and ensuring that everyone has the correct access rights within the systems;
- You draft requirements from the business for further development of the respective system, ensuring it works optimally for your colleagues;
- You communicate with the developers or the system's supplier to implement new changes and upgrades to the system;
- You assist in carrying out acceptance tests and other functional tests.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, Do you have a Master's degree?, You like taking the initiative. You excel at collaboration, are eager to learn, and are always looking for improvements., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT or a business-related field with a strong IT component.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in SQL and databases.
- Knowledge of and experience with frameworks such as ITIL, BISL, and Agile/Scrum.
- Knowledge of and experience with (user) testing, TMAP, or automated testing.
- You have strong communication skills and are a true connector!
