Job description
As a Network Engineer, you manage the networks within the business-critical IT and OT infrastructures of prominent companies across various sectors. You initiate and handle complex changes, resolve disruptions, and manage escalations. Based on user requirements, performance analyses, and your own research, you actively provide advice on improvements in the areas of Cloud, workstations, servers, networks, and security, and you also implement these changes. You serve as the point of contact for both clients and colleagues, ensuring the stability, security, availability, quality, and continuity of the ICT infrastructure. You proactively anticipate potential disruptions and prevent or resolve issues. All of this takes place within challenging, advanced environments and projects, both for renowned clients and internally., * In addition to a permanent contract, a maximum salary of €6,000, a company car, pension plan, and monthly expense allowance;

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * At least three years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing network solutions;
- Knowledge of and experience with virtualization, such as: VMware, MS HyperV, and Citrix;
- Preferably several certifications, such as: FCA/FCP (Check Point), CCNP (Cisco), Microsoft AZ-900, FCA/FCP (Fortinet), JNCIS (Juniper), or the willingness to obtain them;
- Knowledge of and experience with firewalls/load balancers: F5, Fortinet, Netscaler, Checkpoint, or Cisco;
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;
- Knowledge of and experience with ITSM and/or ITIL and management tools (e.g., Topdesk), certification is a plus;
- Experience as a system administrator is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
