Job description
As a Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in designing a scalable and modern platform for providing technology solutions to the health care sector. You will work with Salesforce as the main solution and also with integrations to various other systems to support our different business processes. You will contribute to smooth deployments across our platform, and help to maintain system availability and compliance with security standards.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Salesforce managed packages following best practices.
- Write clean, efficient Apex code to support complex business logic.
- Design and optimize Salesforce data models for performance and scalability.
- Manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that improve business processes.
- Present and advocate engineering perspectives to stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and take ownership of deliverables.
- Document technical solutions and communicate them clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose enhancements to processes and applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert in key business initiatives to support growth and efficiency.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Visual Studio?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Business IT Management.
- Experience: 2+ years as a Salesforce Engineer/Developer.
- Technical Skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce DX (SFDX), GIT, Visual Studio.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (Experience Cloud and Field Service is a plus).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and functional testing.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
