Job description
You'll own and operate the entire cloud infrastructure. Working closely with the VP of R&D, you'll play a key role in building, maintaining, and securing Neema's platform.
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Manage Kubernetes and ECS environments
- Monitor systems and respond to incidents
- Automate deployments (blue/green and canary rollouts)
- Implement security best practices (e.g., WAFs)
- Troubleshoot production issues (especially during high-impact events)
This is a self-directed role within an international remote team. You're the DevOps expert - and you'll have the freedom and responsibility that come with it.

Requirements
We're looking for someone who works independently and thrives in collaboration. You're curious, structured, and always thinking a step ahead.
- 5+ years of experience with microservices architecture
- Deep expertise in AWS - nothing less will do
- Strong experience with containerization in Kubernetes and ECS
- In-depth knowledge of networking (VPNs, VPCs, load balancers, gateways, VLANs, routing, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Skilled in modern cloud deployment practices, including blue/green and canary rollouts
- Strong monitoring and alerting skills using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or OpenTelemetry
- Familiar with APM tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, or Logz.io (or similar platforms)
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix is a plus
- Company language is English - fluency in both written and spoken English is a must

- Annual salary between €110,000 - €130,000, based on a full-time position (40 hours/week) and experience
