The organization is structured around four teams working on different aspects of the platform, including maintaining and expanding existing functionalities, developing new features, and improving backend infrastructure. Role description As a Backend Developer, you'll play a crucial role in modernizing their backend codebase. You'll work on transitioning their monolithic architecture to a scalable microservices architecture, leveraging your expertise in NodeJS and NestJS. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop new features, improve existing code, and enhance the overall quality of their software.
