Good communication skills, Responsibilities To sell, primarily by telephone, Vendor products and services to business customers, maintaining and improving on revenue and profit, whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Initiate proactive outgoing sales calls to seek new business opportunities. Receive incoming customer calls in line with required service levels: taking customer orders, providing information on product availability, special offers, and providing pricing and quotations to customers. Maintain and improve product knowledge & market knowledge. Cold calling is involved Skills/Experience: Good sales, commercial and communication skills.Excellent telephone and customer service skills.Excellent proactive telephone and customer service skills.Computer literate. Interested in IT Knowledge and/or the reseller market is an asset. Team Player.
