IT Company Based in Watford have an exciting opportunity to join a friendly close knit small team in an IT Support role, offering variety and plenty of scope to learn new skills for the right candidate. As an IT Support Engineer your key responsibilities will be: Providing technical telephone, remote, onsite and email support Log calls in the helpdesk call logging system Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, network and software issues Manage users and permissions within Active Directory
Install & Configure Hardware & Software Monitor remote backup systems Support off systems to Cloud such as Azure and Office 365 Manage Backup Estate Manage VMWare Estate Assist in any other general tasks that may arise
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, Experience of Windows XP/Windows 7/Windows 10, 11 Experience of Active Directory User Administration Experiance of Microsoft office and office 365 Basic understanding of Networking solutions, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN. Excellent client interaction with confident spoken and written English Ability to prioritise tasks and be aware of time constraints and deadlines Ability to research and learn new technologies/solutions under pressure Strong team player Experience with VMware/Hyper-V
