Chief Technology Officer

I'm looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer<\/strong> to join a leading group in Malta operating across manufacturing and healthcare.\n\nYou will develop the technology strategy, build the technology team, and deliver innovative solutions to support international growth.\n\nYou will also oversee the technical aspects of the organisation, including IT systems, infrastructure, software development, network, and data security, ensuring operational efficiency and enabling the company to innovate and stay competitive.<\/p>, r\n o Define and implement a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with business objectives<\/li> o Translate strategy into actionable goals and a roadmap for digital transformation<\/li> o Conduct gap analyses and report findings to the board<\/li> o Oversee design, development, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure<\/li> o Manage vendor and technology partner relationships<\/li> o Ensure systems comply with European, local, and healthcare regulations<\/li> o Lead IT security, disaster recovery, and data governance initiatives<\/li> o Drive adoption of cloud, AI, and data-driven solutions to optimize operations<\/li> o Build, mentor, and lead the technology team, fostering innovation and accountability<\/li> o Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, healthcare, events, and administrative teams to implement technology solutions<\/li>

• Proven experience as a senior technology leader or CTO<\/li>
• Experience in manufacturing and healthcare sectors<\/li>
• Demonstrated success in leading IT infrastructure, systems architecture, software development, and budgets<\/li>
• Experience driving digital transformation and technology innovation, including AI initiatives<\/li>
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills<\/li>
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring high-performing technology teams<\/li>
• Track record of delivering large-scale technology projects on time and within budget<\/li>
• Experience in IT governance, compliance, and change management<\/li>
• Ability to integrate teams across multiple business units and manage a geographically dispersed workforce<\/li>
