Perform general administration duties and fulfil ad hoc requests.

Report to the Operations Support Manager with feedback related to submission queries.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
Key qualities we're looking for include.
· Organise and co-ordinate material deliveries
· Co-ordinate Engineers installation bookings
· Customer complaint handling
· Customer Liaison
· Ensure engineer diaries and payments are correct
· Liaising with field engineering team
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, We're seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting weekly deadlines., · Proven administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· IT literate: MS365, Google Workspace, PDF Software.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
· Experience with data management and maintaining accurate records.
· Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
