IT Project Senior Consultant

• You are a key contact for all topics around ECS technology to ensure a smooth move to the cloud. You would be about implementing and migrating different solutions and technologies of SAP including the configuration and operation of the solution landscape with the newest technologies, products and innovations.
• The ECS P&PO architecture expert supports all critical and complex technical aspects of provisioning, upgrades and migrations of system landscapes in a ECS private cloud environment.
• You would serve as a L4 support for project leads projects which would be customer facing.
• At times you would work in a critical situation and add value to our customer experience by your problem solving skills.
• Collaborate with different teams from within the ECS organization and outside to ensure overall excellent customer satisfaction.
• Steering partners / system integrators on operational level during onboarding projects
• At times, you would help team in data migrations

• Experience in managing SAP release upgrades.
• SAP technology - deep basis and hands on experience
• Profound IT backend technology experience
• Familiar with Hyperscalers ( AWS, Azure, GCP )
• Experience in the former role of HEC LCTC
• Good knowledge in SPC procedures
• Flexibility with working on odd time to solve customer problems
• minimum 8 years of experience in managing/ running landscape provisioning, installation, migration and upgrades
• minimum 8 years of experience in customer facing role and should have excellent command on

de-escalating critical situations., Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor.
