Job description
- Configure, support and maintain Global infrastructure services related to Azure AD and multiple Active Directory environments.
- Maintain SailPoint deployment and related infrastructure components
- Using an incident management system, track incidents and requests. Provide support for implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining identity management systems. Rapidly separate isolated user problems from enterprise-wide problem
- Conduct Root Cause analysis, recommend and implement relative fixes
- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data, conduct analysis, develop, and implement solutions associated with incident tickets and requirements.
- Automate manual operational tasks aiming to reduce manual operational efforts.
- Setup analytical and real time monitoring to provide meaningful alerts and reports.
- Develop, test and document solutions to complex identity management technical issues.
- Develop and produce documentation, SOPs, reports, and presentation slide decks
- Mentor junior team members and conduct cross team knowledge transfer sessions
- Create advanced monitoring strategies for monitoring and reporting health of Active Directory components
- Monitoring, backup, and restoration procedures for Active Directory
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Subject matter expert in Active Directory and relative PowerShell Scripting, automation and development
- Demonstratable experience and expert level trouble shooting skills for Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Active Directory Federated Services, Certificate Authorities and Public Key Infrastructure, Distributed File Systems, Windows Server Operating Systems
- Extensive Experience on the knowledge or concept of Azure?s conditional access, Identity protection and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Experience with SailPoint Identity Now, Okta, RedHat Directory Server
