Job description
Design and develop the overall solution architecture for large Hospitality/Retail Programmes [ including POS (Simphony/other), Finance, HR , PMS (Opera) ]

Responsible for creating HLD & LLD.

Responsible to design interfaces for data exchange between Fusion and 3rd party systems

Responsible in doing regular reviews & signoffs with client Principal Architect & Architecture Forums

Create detailed technical specifications, Data flow/Data mapping and integration plans for Finance, Invoicing and ordering systems
-
Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration

Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows
-
Manage transition state where both old & new POS solutions need to exist seamlessly

Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solution designs
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled "Solution Architect - Supplychain Systems" - focussing on e2e Solution Architecting for a Large Programme initiative to integrate POS system (Simphony) with Finance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, integration design, and a deep understanding of the hospitality/retail industry., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

10+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry

Proven experience with SCM integrations & implementations

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
Skills

TOGAF / similar certifications

Proficiency in Supply chain & Procure to Pay workflows.

Strong knowledge of API integrations, and E2E data flow design

Familiarity with building scalable system design

Experience in building Solution document, Integration design documents and taking to Architecture board for review

Understanding of hospitality industry standards and compliance requirements
