Your new role

As a Systems Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the full development lifecycle, ensuring cohesion between engineering and software disciplines. You will:

  • Design, define, and implement complex system requirements.
  • Develop specifications and lead multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Refrigeration.
  • Coordinate subsystem design and total system integration.
  • Act as the primary technical resource from design through to manufacture and commissioning.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to capture requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Controls, Mechanical/Electrical, or Software Engineering.
  • Proven experience in Systems Engineering, specification writing, and validation.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards (GMP, ISO, Medical Devices).
  • Experience with MS Project, MS Office, Visio, and 3D CAD or AutoLab.
