Your new role
As a Systems Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the full development lifecycle, ensuring cohesion between engineering and software disciplines. You will:
- Design, define, and implement complex system requirements.
- Develop specifications and lead multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Refrigeration.
- Coordinate subsystem design and total system integration.
- Act as the primary technical resource from design through to manufacture and commissioning.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to capture requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree or equivalent experience in Controls, Mechanical/Electrical, or Software Engineering.
- Proven experience in Systems Engineering, specification writing, and validation.
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (GMP, ISO, Medical Devices).
- Experience with MS Project, MS Office, Visio, and 3D CAD or AutoLab.
