Job description
The Data and AI Graduate Consultant will join an innovative team of professionals, where they will learn and grow, contributing to the delivery of data-driven and AI-enabled solutions as part of client engagements. This role provides the opportunity to develop consulting skills while supporting the implementation and adoption of technology that helps clients address complex Data and AI challenges.
You will have an opportunity to work across a range of areas within the data and AI capability including:
- Machine Learning and Agentic AI
- Data Analytics
- Data Science
- Data Engineering
You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure in the following areas:
- Data Architecture
- AI consulting
The role offers exposure to a variety of projects and sectors, enabling the development of a broad foundation in data and AI consulting. It is suited to graduates with an interest in applying analytical thinking and technical skills in a client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and delivery of data and AI solutions, gaining hands-on experience with technologies such as machine learning, data science, and Agentic AI.
- Work collaboratively with project teams and clients to understand business challenges and contribute to data-driven approaches that support decision-making.
- Support the design and implementation of data pipelines, models, and visualisations, while learning best practices in data engineering and architecture.
- Engage in continuous learning and development, building both technical and consulting skills through exposure to real-world projects and client environments.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant subject area
- Able to rapidly build rapport and enjoy interacting with others
- Willing to question assumptions and explore alternatives to deliver the most effective solutions.
- Keen interest in technology and possessing good IT skills
- Enjoys the challenge of a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Demonstrates a foundational understanding of coding principles (e.g., Python, C#, Java), with the ability to apply basic programming skills to support data analysis, automation, and solution development.
