Job description

  • Build AI/ML based differentiated features for Designer product.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership: design, analytics/modeling, code reviews, development, quality assurance, observability, and live site. Uphold data engineering and data science best practices new methodologies, technologies, industry trends and open sources.
  • Build relationships with partners within Microsoft to bring innovation to new and existing products. Act as an AI expert and thought leader, including the creation of vision/strategy, white papers, conference papers, blogs etc, and including presenting at conference, internal/external AI meetings etc.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and disciplined data and software engineering practices to deliver business value, guided by data.
  • Provides feedback, drives improvement, and shares knowledge as a data science expert.

Requirements

The world is evolving -- we are looking for enthusiastic and creative thinkers and doers to join us to meet the challenge of delivering well-crafted intuitive solutions and products that meet the needs and beyond of a changing world., * 8 years of professional experience designing, developing, testing, and shipping software.

  • MS/ Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Recent experience with relevant projects in Generative AI, Computer Vision and Video AI
  • Fluency in C# and Python preferred.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and deep learning especially with frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow or Keras.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-group and across disciplines.
  • Excellent skills in design, debugging and problem solving.
  • Passion for customers, innovation, product quality, service excellence and test engineering.
  • Experience in shipping high-quality products or services at-scale is a plus.
