- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 2-5 engineers.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure systems.
- Champion engineering best practices (Agile, CI/CD, TDD).
- Collaborate with Product and Operations to deliver high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading software development teams.
- Strong technical expertise in C#, Angular, and cloud platforms.
- Experience designing high-availability, performant cloud services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
