Job description

  • (70%) Scoping and implementing high-quality user interfaces (UIs) that empower our customers to build and maintain industrial digital twins.
  • (20%) Address feedback from end users and their organisations, to ensure we are addressing customer problems with compelling solutions.
  • (10%) Collaborating with others, you will continually learn and update your technical knowledge, and where appropriate communicate this to the wider team through internal learning sessions and mentoring of other team members.

Technologies we use

For frontend development, we use TypeScript and React along with lightweight client-side state-management. For core backend systems, we use .NET technologies, with PostgreSQL via Entity Framework Core. For deployment, we place a high emphasis on containerisation technologies (Kubernetes) and typically deploy to customers via cloud-provider and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructures. Our platform supports end-user code in Python and we maintain and support an SDK for it.

Our benefits

  • Salary range of £50,000 to £85,000.
  • Employee stock options.
  • New equipment: new MacBook Pro, and work-from-home allowance.
  • Opportunities to present at technical conferences.
  • Flexible hybrid working environment, blending work from the office and home.

Our hiring process

  • (30 mins) Introductory call with Quaisr. This is a chance to learn about Quaisr and to check that our plans align with your own. We want to get to know you.
  • (60 mins) Online coding exercise (with a Quaisr team member on the call) making changes to a small React app.
  • (60 mins) Technical call with two Quaisr team members. We'll give you an opportunity to talk through a past programming experience, including taking us through some of your code. We want to learn more about you, and a little regarding how you think!

We are a London tech startup on the lookout for bright, motivated and self-driven individuals to join the team.
