Robert Half have partnered on an exclusive basis with a growing SME in the Cyber Risk space to support their continued growth. I am seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join my clients' dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first and second-line technical support to end-users in-person, by email, and over Zoom.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.Monitor and maintain IT systems, including backups, antivirus, and security updates.Document issues, solutions, and processes in our IT knowledge base.Escalate complex problems to senior IT
Requirements
