Job description
Do you want to join Imperial College London's hub for simulation, creative tech solutions, and media production as our IT Developer?, * Offer technical support for IT and media systems, promptly troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Manage and maintain local servers, ensuring smooth integration with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Support media workflows, including streaming, editing, archiving, and media asset management (MAM).
- Assist in deploying and optimising local Large and Small Language Models (LLMs/SLMs).
- Apply basic security practices in line with the university's ICT policy.
- Supporting Digital Media Lab's day-to-day tasks and R&D efforts.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, has a passion for media workflows, will support our facilities, help facilitate large-scale creative projects, and uphold the DML's status as a pioneer in digital media and immersive learning.
