We are scaling rapidly and need a strong technical foundation. To achieve this, we are looking for an experienced technical architect who can bridge strategy and execution - defining platform architecture while supporting developers day-to-day.
What we are looking for?
We're looking for a Technical Architect / Senior Full Stack Developer to join our UK team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining and maintaining Care ADHD's platform architecture across web, mobile, and cloud services. You'll design data models, integrations, and cloud infrastructure that underpin secure, scalable healthcare applications.
You'll act as the point of escalation for developers, reviewing designs and mentoring the team. This role ensures that our technology stack supports compliance, security, and performance needs in a healthcare environment.
You'll work closely with UK leadership and Bangalore engineering teams, balancing architectural oversight with coding, troubleshooting, and developer support., Platform Architecture
- Define system architecture across React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, Flutter mobile, and AWS cloud services
- Design and maintain scalable data models, APIs, and integrations.

Technical Leadership
- Act as the technical escalation point for Bangalore-based developers.

- Contribute directly to complex frontend (Next.js + TailwindCSS) and cloud integration tasks.
- Use AWS CDK to manage deployments, environments, and DevOps workflows.
- Support debugging, performance tuning, and optimisation across the stack.
Security, Compliance & Quality
- Ensure architecture and code comply with GDPR, NHS DSPT, HIPAA (as applicable).
- Build security and resilience into systems from the ground up.
- Drive performance and scalability improvements.
Collaboration
- Work with product managers, QA engineers, UX designers, and leadership in the UK
- Partner with Bangalore developers to deliver projects on time and to spec
- Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
