Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex data models for applications and related systems

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration of data models

Stay current with emerging data modeling trends, tools, and best practices

Contribute to the development of data modeling strategies and roadmaps
Requirements
-
Extensive experience in data modeling, including proficiency in ERWin, MDM, and/or ETL
-
Masterful proficiency in data mapping, transformation, and integration principles
-
Strong understanding of data quality, security, and privacy standards

Proven track record of delivering high-quality data models in a professional setting

Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience in data mapping, data transformation, or data integration roles (e.g., technical BA or data analyst)

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns

Understanding of continuous integration and delivery practices
