IT Finance Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Finance Systems Engineer to act as the vital bridge between our Finance and IT teams. The role will focus on supporting, maintaining, and developing finance-related applications-particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance-to ensure our systems meet business needs, integrate seamlessly, and align with organisational standards. This role is ideal for someone with both strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of finance processes, who enjoys problem-solving, improving systems, and working collaboratively across teams. Responsibilities

• Application support & maintenance - Provide technical and functional support for Dynamics 365 Finance, manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system documentation.
• System development & reporting - Build reports using Power BI and Power Query, develop workflows and forms, and work with finance users to design and implement system improvements.
• Collaboration & process improvement - Act as the main IT liaison for finance, translate requirements into technical solutions, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Training & knowledge sharing - Provide training and guidance to finance staff and support skill development within the IT team.
• Vendor & project management - Coordinate with external providers, support upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
