ERP Data Analyst

Data Manipulation, Data Structures, System Implementations, Dashboards, Reporting Requirements, Reporting, Analytical Skills, Power Bi, Data Analytics, · Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data manipulation and reporting. · Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with related data analysis tools. · Proficiency in Power BI (essential), with the ability to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports. · Experience using Jaspersoft (highly desirable) to support ERP reporting requirements. · Good understanding of data structures and database principles. · Experience writing and optimising SQL queries. · Previous experience working with ERP systems (Datafile or others). · Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. · Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data accuracy and integrity. · Experience of ERP system implementations (desirable). · Exposure to business process reviews and system improvement projects (desirable).

From day one, you will receive training on Datafile, which will allow you to quickly support colleagues with their day-to-day queries. You'll also get stuck into building reports and dashboards with tools like Power BI, Jaspersoft, and SQL, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive better decisions.
