Lead Java / Kotlin / React Developer - Front Office - Fixed Income - Investment Bank My client, a leading Investment Bank are looking for an experienced Lead Java/ Kotlin / React Developer to join their Fixed Income team. This role plays a key role in an exciting multi-year platform modernisation project, responsible for building completely new real-time microservices for a range of trading workflows. Responsibilities: -Develop real-time high-performing micro-services across Fixed Income -Architecting solutions across the full stack -Influence platform direction and drive the adoption of modern tooling and frameworks -Work closely with business stakeholders -Collaborate with cross functional teams Requirements: -Strong experience with modern Java or Kotlin and React -Experience in Front Office environments (Fixed Income is a benefit) -Experience with concurrency, memory management and reactive programming models -Experience with using modern front-end tooling -Experience with low-latency and event-driven UIs -Understanding of distributed system design principles They are looking for a strong individual contributor who can not only contribute to architecture decisions but also lead and provide direction for others.
