Job description

Are you a Senior Front End technologist looking for an exciting opportunity to work on market leading products in the Quantitative trading space? This would be paired with having great career opportunities in a hands-on role with lots of learning opportunities.

You could be joining a Quantitative Trading Fund within their distributed systems team, which will guarantee complex work and substantial earning potential.

As a Senior Front End Engineer you'll will be part of a highly successfully, driven distributed team. You will be engaging with front-office teams to develop engaging and simple user interfaces across the business.

Your role will be highly collaborative with UX and Product teams. Resulting in you being a key part of all aspects of the SDLC. You will be working through product design, development, implementation, testing and BAU maintenance.

Requirements

  • You have strong Front End development skills with modern TypeScript. Ideally working with React.
  • Proven track record of owning or working on end-to-end applications.
  • Experience and understanding of Fullstack applications. If you don't have FS experience, you have a strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals including OOP, Design & Data Structures.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You have experience and are wanting to work in a fast paced organisations, on business critical systems.
  • You are degree educated in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
