Data Engineer

Virifides Digital is a software start-up helping value chains become more efficient by building next-generation services. We're expanding our platform through Databricks and seeking a Data Engineer to help connect our existing services and APIs into a unified, governed environment.

We welcome both early-career engineers eager to grow with training and experienced Databricks-certified professionals ready to make an immediate impact., * Build and manage data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Python, and SQL.

• Integrate APIs and services into the Databricks environment for analytics and API delivery.
• Support data governance and lineage via Unity Catalog.
• Develop and maintain data models for analytics and compliance use cases.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and data quality across systems.

Do you have experience in Spark?, * Experience or strong interest in data engineering and Databricks.

• Proficiency with Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud data tools (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of data governance and data modeling principles.
• Databricks certification preferred; training and certification support available for the right candidate.
