You'll drive innovation by integrating AI, machine learning, and other cutting-edge technologies into our proprietary software and digital offerings., * Research, evaluate, and implement AI, machine learning, and emerging technology solutions.

• Collaborate with software development and product teams to integrate AI-driven features.
• Design and develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new technology initiatives.
• Monitor and optimise AI models and algorithms for performance and accuracy.
• Stay abreast of trends in AI, blockchain, and fintech technology.
• Advise leadership on technological opportunities to enhance business growth.
• Ensure technology implementations comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, or emerging technology roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of fintech, blockchain, or SaaS applications is a plus.
