Test Director

We need a very seasoned test professional (16-18+ years) to work on this requirement.

• Hands-on experience with Unit4 Financials (Coda) modules; knowledge of Cognos, TM1; SQL for data validation; familiarity with ETL tools.
• Strong background in functional, regression, integration, and non functional testing; experience with test management tools;
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end processes.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments; ISTQB certification (preferred).
• Essential knowledge and significant experience with Unit4 ERP systems, including the Coda platform, which forms part of the integrated suite for financial management and reporting.
• A strong understanding of digital financial products, complex business processes, controls, and reporting within an ERP context.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to details, with the ability to identify and isolate defects quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA and Zephyr,. Test Plans and Test Rail.
• Ability to write and execute test plans and test cases.
