Senior UX Lead

• You will be responsible for refining and setting up practices for UX team.
• You will be responsible for team's competency assessment, and development.
• Regular communication with partners and sharing feedback, implementing improvement topics.
• You will apply design thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus on user needs and business goals.
• You need to Empower and mentor designers in the team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive environment within a growing team.
• You need to Maintain and further build design team workflows that ensure that all designs delivered are in line with style guides and are of high-quality standards.
• You need to Communicate with various stakeholders across the company to make sure UX competency is established and accepted.

• Bachelor's/master's degree in any branch of engineering or in Design with 8+ Years of experience in Interaction design for Web and Mobile applications.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in leadership role, including leading UX team / department
• You should have hands on expertise in using tools such as Figma, Abode XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch.
• Expertise in setting up UX practices, competence center is an added advantage.
• Possesses excellent facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills will make valuable contributions.
