Requirements
Domain: Banking / Financial Services (Credit Cards, Payments), Strong experience in VisionPLUS development, including specific modules like CMS, FAS, TRAMS, and VMx.
Proficiency in mainframe technologies (JCL, COBOL, VSAM, CICS).
Knowledge of VisionPLUS online architecture and troubleshooting.
Experience with z/OS software change management tools like Endevor and Changeman.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies is often preferred
