• Bringing your wealth of experience as a clinical leader, you'll make our hospitals synonymous with quality, safety, and clinical effectiveness. This includes providing advice on developing our services and making sure other leaders stay focused on innovation, patient safety and better outcomes.
• Applying excellent management and interpersonal skills, you'll work with the Director of Workforce & OD on medical workforce planning, recruitment, productivity, and employee relations, promoting diversity, equality and creating a sense of belonging.
• You'll be a natural role model for other medical leaders across MFT, securing confidence and credibility with our teams as well as external stakeholders and our local communities.
• You'll guide us through challenging decisions, sometimes in the face of opposition, ensuring we act in the best interests of patient safety and patient experience.
• Using your exceptional communication and collaboration skills, you'll help reconfigure our services to put patients at the centre of everything we do, working closely with other MFT medical leaders in the process.
