Staff / Senior Software Engineer

We're seeking a Staff /Senior Backend Engineer to join our new Quant Engineering Squad. This key role will bridge the gap between Quant Analysts and engineering practices, driving the implementation of production-grade models while ensuring maintainability, scalability, and reliability.

Staff+ level engineering experience with knowledge of similar systems

Background in converting statistical models into production-grade code

Experience building robust architecture, testing frameworks, and monitoring solutions

Proven ability to collaborate with analysts and product stakeholders

Experience establishing engineering best practices and standards

Bonus Points For:

Background in sports betting, pricing models, or quantitative finance

Experience building reusable frameworks and model templates

Knowledge of automated testing and validation frameworks

Expertise in machine learning and AI applications
