Job description

  • Serve as the key point of contact for console development across the project.
  • Develop and maintain platform-specific features and integrations.
  • Profile and optimise CPU, GPU, and memory usage for console performance.
  • Collaborate with engine and cross-platform developers to enhance console support.
  • Mentor fellow programmers in best practices for console development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues specific to console builds.
  • Manage builds and support game releases through testing and bug fixing.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of modern C++ and experience with console development.
  • Proven experience shipping console titles and navigating certification processes.
  • Solid understanding of game engine internals and cross-platform systems.
  • Skilled in performance and memory profiling for console hardware.
  • A keen interest in pushing the technical limits of console platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical approach to development and debugging.
