Job description

Unitspark are an Electrical and Mechanical Engineering contractor working within the UK construction industry, mainly within Water Utilities, delivering specialist projects with individual values ranging from c£1K to c£1M.

The Administrator will be a skilled professional, operating Unitspark's administrative systems.

This role will require the ability to effectively liaise with internal staff (both senior and junior) and external clients / contractors in a polite, professional and courteous manner.

The Role

Typical (non-exhaustive) duties may include: -

  • Completing project-related administration and relevant documentation.
  • Weekly meetings with the assigned Project Manager for job progress evaluation
  • Provide administration support to the assigned project managers
  • Ensuring the project information in Sage is up to date
  • Booking hotels and deliveries as required by the assigned PM's
  • Raising PO's and placing orders in line with requests from the assigned project managers
  • Assisting other company PM's as required and cover admin team holidays and absence
  • Ensuring 100% data accuracy within the business systems
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
