D365 CRM Systems Engineer

Pearson Carter are recruiting a D365 CRM Systems Engineer for a leading financial services company on a remote basis. • Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including workflows, entities, forms, and plugins.
• Integrate third-party systems using APIs and custom connectors, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain C# plugins, SQL reports, and data structures to support performance, scalability, and business insights.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders in an agile environment to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver enhancements on schedule.

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, maintaining high performance and quality under competing priorities.
