What You Will Do:

  • Deliver ITSM implementations using industry-leading tools such as Jira Service Management, HALO ITSM, and Freshdesk.

  • Support Agile transformations by leveraging Jira Software and Advanced Roadmaps.

  • Execute Server-to-Cloud and Server-to-Datacentre migrations for Atlassian products.

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on IT products and Agile methodologies.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and implement tailored solutions.

  • Monitor project progress and risks, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction., This role is based in the UK, offering flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel to client sites as required.

Requirements

A minimum of two years' experience in a technical consultancy or end-user administration role with Atlassian products.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Atlassian product suite, including Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.

  • Understanding of Agile project principles and/or ITSM methodologies.

  • Experience in delivering end-user training and liaising with clients to manage expectations.

  • Familiarity with technologies such as Python, SQL, AWS, REST, JSON, and JavaScript is advantageous.
