Salesforce Consultant

Are you an early to mid-career Salesforce Consultant looking to grow your skills and work on exciting client projects? Synapri are working with a London based consultancy who are looking for a proactive, hands-on consultant to join their team on a permanent basis!

As a Salesforce Consultant, you'll support clients in implementing, configuring, and optimising Salesforce solutions while working closely with senior consultants and client teams, gaining broad exposure to end-to-end projects while building your Salesforce knowledge! Please see below for more information., * Assist in delivering Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

• Configure Salesforce, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and basic integrations.
• Ownership within basics of tickets, user stories, basic architecture and what it looks like.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Salesforce experience (1-3 years) working in a consultant position.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and declarative solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, agile consultancy environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing your Salesforce consulting skills.
